This Might Not Be Right If...
Ambiguity energizes you rather than paralyzes you

You prefer ownership over clear boundaries
You prefer deep specialization to breadth
You're excited by the chance to be wrong and learn
You need clear documented processes and documentation
You want to build

Our Interviews Are Weird

We've been told our interview process is very strange, and it's probably accurate. Here's what to expect:

We are interested in you

We trust you are competent in your domain. We might spend most of the interview asking who you are as a person, or just having a conversation.

We explore systems, not just skills

We'll ask about what you noticed that others didn't, what forces were acting on a situation that weren't visible, what wasn't said in a meeting. We care about your ability to see the whole system.

We use provocative anchoring questions

Don't be surprised if we ask something like "What would you pay £10 million a year to solve?" We're not testing for a right answer—we're watching how you think when the frame shifts.

We test for "comfortable with ambiguity"

We might intentionally leave things vague to see how you respond. Do you ask clarifying questions? Make reasonable assumptions? We're looking for this to be true, not just a line on your CV.

Open Positions

We can promise you'll work on hard problems with great people, have real ownership of outcomes, and never wonder if your work mattered.
